I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Found others that installed raid and others installed sata or sata 2 that worked. Community Forum Software by IP. Checked with manual but still not sure if I must install these drivers when installing XP.
I just went with it and it worked. Till now i am using normal Hard Disk drive and the drive is working nice. Now you are ready to install windows.
Sata Port Connector is not avtivating
In the bios on this board it had to be set as IDE. Than re-connect to the system.

So hate giving out bad news. Looks like the HDD or Mobo manuals are not explaining themselves or I would not have found so many troubles on this.

Says drivers for VIA sata raid. This solved the problem. You do not need to install RAID drivers, as you only have one drive. You can’t post conmments that contain an email address. Look at the Label of your HDD. Posted on Oct 28, Results 1 to 4 of 4 Thread:
