If you are running Windows 7 install the “Xirrus Wi-fi Monitor” desktop gadget and it will show 2 SSID’s and allow you to look at signal strength and frequency, and mac address of each device under windows 7.

No user name – just password “admin”. You could try switching channels on the wireless extender and the wireless router and see if that works. Open an internet browser and type in ” CD wasn’t working at all for me; this fixed things pretty quickly.
