The Behringer needs to be plugged in to configure these settings. I just did something similar myself, re-installing my windows 7 from scratch, and I had to fiddle a lot with the asio4all controls.

Update 2 I have been doing some more serious recording with this device. I can see the bars on top moving both in and outso I know it can receive and output sound from the guitar. Have you tried installing it yet? This option requires basic OS understanding. Or has something indeed gone off the rails here? Also, it would also seem a good idea to buy this thingy in a place that admits refunds, in case it does not work at all.
Any idea how to bypass the Behringer to get a normal sound out of the speakers. All times are GMT You also have to disable your internal audio card via Device Manager not remove, just disable and enable it again later on.
